Yes! Piktochart offers a free version of the platform, available to everyone. You can choose to upgrade to a Pro version to access unlimited downloads, Brand Assets, and more.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. You can also request an upgrade or downgrade to your plan by reaching out to support@piktochart.com.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal. If you want to use American Express, you can select the option to pay via PayPal with the Amex card. For purchases of $168 or more for which you’d like to make a direct bank deposit, you can contact us at support@piktochart.com and we’ll respond with further instructions. Please be aware that a funds transfer such as this does take several days to complete.

We’re happy to provide refunds for any payments within the last 30 days of the initial transaction for subscriptions purchased at the standard rate, or at the discounted rate applied to EDU and NPO accounts. Classroom subscriptions purchased at a bulk rate are not eligible for refunds. For more information, you can refer to our Terms of Use here.

Piktochart Pro costs $168 per year ($14 / month) when billed annually or $29 when billed monthly. Piktochart Business costs $288 per year ($24 / month) when billed annually or $49 when billed monthly. Save up to 51% each year with an annual subscription. All prices are per account member.

The team workspace in the Free plan can be shared among max 4 members for free (1 owner plus 3 additional members). Once you add more members, you will be prompted to upgrade to a Pro plan. In case of an upgrade, you will be charged for each member of your team’s workspace.

In addition to all Pro features, Piktochart Business includes a dedicated and unlimited access to branding features (colors, fonts, logos) to help your team create beautiful branded content quickly.
