Terms and conditions for the Piktochart Referral Program
Piktochart Sdn Bhd (hereinafter, “Piktochart,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) offers loyal users (“Referrer”or You”) the opportunity to participate in referral program (the “Program”) whereby, subject to the terms and conditions here are eligible to earn potential credits by referring friends to become new users on Piktochart.
By participating in the Program, you are subject to Piktochart’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as following the additional Terms & Conditions for Pikotchart’s Referral Program.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
To participate in the program, you must be an existing “Pro”, “Education”, “Nonprofit” or “Business” Piktochart subscriber.
You can access your unique referral code from the Referral page in your Piktochart account, which will allow You to share the link and refer Referees (“New Users”) who are new or prospective Piktochart customers, or existing free Piktochart users who have not had a previous subscription. There is no limit to the number of times you can refer.
Referrals made by You under the Program shall only be considered if such referral is a net new customer lead for the direct online purchase of a Pro, Business, Education or Nonprofit Subscription Plan directly from Piktochart, that is not an existing or previous customer of Piktochart services, any other individual or entity already in Piktochart’s system, and/or Piktochart’s representative, agent or employee. A referral is considered successful only when Your referred friend makes a successful first subscription after creating an account with Your unique referral link. If a referred user (the “Referee”) requests a refund within 30 days of making a purchase, you will no longer be entitled to receive credits associated with the referral.
You may not create multiple or fake accounts with Piktochart or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
You can share your unique links via email, messaging platforms, social media platforms that are available to you. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, blogs, or Reddit). Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. Referrers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
For every successful referral that clicks on your unique referral link and subscribes to a paid Piktochart plan, you will be notified by email and Piktochart will reward both you and Referees with credits according to the subscription plan that the Referees subscribes to, as specified below:

The credits earned and accumulated to your account will automatically be applied to your next bill or payment upon checkout.
There is no limit to how many Referees (“New Users”) You can refer. If the credit you earn is more than the cost of your next subscription payment, it will be carried over as a “credit balance” and used on the subsequent payment.
Any credits that may accrue to your Piktochart Account will expire within 2 years following their accrual, or deletion of your Piktochart Account, whichever is earlier.
Credits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Credits that have not yet been delivered to Referrer or Referees are forfeited.
